As a tennis fan, and regardless of your own level of tennis, you are certainly aware that tennis is played on the court, but a great deal also happens in your head. It is therefore strongly advised to include yoga and meditation in a weekly routine, as it will only help you to stay focused regardless who you’re playing with or against!
