FIT
You don’t play tennis to get fit, you get fit to play tennis.
FIT
Physical condition is a must.
Whether you are very young or less young, your physical condition must be relatively good in order for you to be able to play and enjoy playing tennis.
As a child, teenager, young, mature or senior adult, your body is developing, growing and changing. And you cannot ignore those transformations and the specific needs your body has at every stage. And then of course, every individual is different and unique and you must pay attention to and respect your individual physical needs.
TENNIS-PLUS guarantees a professional, individually adapted, physical condition follow-up to every single client. This is why lots of efforts are made into selecting your coaches. Don't hesitate to tell your coach about your personal goals (avoid injury, improve performance, feel well,...), even in your group class so they can pay attention to your specific needs.
We mostly organize group classes, but private or semi-private sessions are available on request.
Contact us if you wish to have a private or semi-private physical training session.

Physical Training
TENNIS-PLUS provides different types of classes of physical training, such as: back strengthening, coordination training, cardio-training, muscle building,… Please note that the types of classes may vary throughout the year, as every coach has their own area of specialization.
Pilates
Pilates, among other things, trains your movement control, fluidity and precision, as well as your concentration. As an amateur tennis player, you will immediately feel the benefits of Pilates when you play: back ache prevention, sheathing, core strength and more.
Warm-Up & Cool-Down
A proper warm-up before and proper cool-down after your tennis practice can make the difference: let’s do it together, it only takes 10 minutes each!
Yoga
Yoga helps improve concentration, mental strength, balance and flexibility … which are all assets that a tennis player undeniably needs on the court!
