WELL
Body & mind: the holistic approach.
If you are used to play frequently, you have noticed that your feeling well impacts your game by… a lot! And again, that is regardless of your level.
In order to have a sharp tennis mind, it is key to feel well! That is the reason TENNIS-PLUS offers massages, physiotherapy and osteopathy.
We can also help you with a few nutrition advice. We will never tell you to go on a diet, but our philosophy can help you feeling not just well but great! And, again, this can unlock some of your tennis and life achievements.
Massages
Whether your muscles ache, or your just need to relax, treat yourself with the most suitable remedy: a massage! We recommend full body massages after your tennis practice, yet your massage therapist can guide you into choosing what kind of massage is most adapted. Don’t forget to mention to your massage therapist if you need specific attention on certain areas (e.g. back, neck, legs,…)
Physiotherapy
As you probably know, physiotherapy can help managing the pain, avoid surgery, improve mobility and movement, helps recovery from injury and can manage age-related medical issues. The techniques will vary from one therapist to the other. We therefore invite you to carefully choose your therapist by looking at their pedigree.
Osteopathy
In the past decades, osteopathy has become a recognized alternative to invasive treatment to remove the underlying cause of muscle and joints pain. It also helps to increase the range of motions in the joints by decreasing the stress on them. And it proves to be efficient to treat spinal problems resulting from e.g. poor posture.
Nutrition
Did you know that in order to find the right balance movement accounts for about 20-30% whereas nutrition accounts for 70-80%? Indeed, it is a well known fact that a balanced diet will help you to feel great, on- and off-court!
